One of my friends pointed out that poor, neglected Daisy has not been mentioned yet on my blog. So Daisy, this one's for you. I was making the bed this morning when I noticed a puddle of vomit. Not just on our bed, but our new dry clean only comforter which of course soaked through to our new dry clean only blanket. What was I thinking when I bought this stuff? I do have an old blanket I spread out on top just in case such an accident were to take place, but Brian likes to kick it off in the middle of the night when he gets hot. So where does Miss Daisy decide to throw up? The one square foot where there is no protection. Ugh. Now it's off to the dry cleaners to launder everything which I'm sure will cost an arm and a leg. Good thing she is so darn cute and cuddly (and accidents are a rarity).

That's okay, poor Daisy... if I was about to get a new baby sister and found out that Mommy made a blog to talk about HER without even mentioning lil' ol' faithful ME... I would have aimed for the unprotected part of the blanket too.
ReplyDeleteDon't worry... It won't be long before your baby sister Caitlyn vomits on that same blanket and Mommy will just swish over it with a baby wipe and continue about her day. Those dry-cleaning days will be over soon.
