Visiting Great Gerndad with the Morrow's
Last month Brian and I took the kids and headed to Houston to attend the wedding of one of my good friends from high school, Edie Konicki. We've been friends since 9th grade and even roomed together sophomore year of college. She brought her now husband to our wedding back in 2002 so this joyful union was a long time in the making and I wasn't going to miss it for anything. The wedding was on the beach in Surfside and we were lucky enough to be able to leave the kids with Beanie for the day so we could really have fun and catch up with old friends. It was almost like a high school and college reunion. The wedding was beautiful and we had a blast celebrating with everyone. Making the weekend even better, we got to spend quality time with Beanie and my best friend Becky, plus a visit to see Great Gerndad with almost all of the Morrow clan in attendance.
