Caitlyn's Baptism

While we were in California we had Caitlyn baptized. Patrice's cousin, Father Kevin, just so happens to be a priest and Brian and I thought it would be really special to have him preside over her christening. We found a great church - an old mission close to the lake house. My dad came across the gown I was christened in and I was able to get it clean and ready for Caitlyn. We had the whole church to ourselves and the entire ceremony really was beautiful. Father Kevin did an excellent job. My brother, Joe, is Caitlyn's godfather and Brian's sister Katie is her godmother. Caitlyn was a champ throughout mass and the ceremony - she didn't cry once. She did decide to suck on my hand at one point. Suffice to say you could hear her across the room (she's always been a noisy eater).
