Back when I worked at Capital Group (my first job out of college) four of the women I worked with were pregnant around the same time. Being around all that estrogen gave me a major case of baby fever but Brian and I managed to hold off having kids until after Brian finished law school. Five years and a couple of years later, we still keep in touch. I went to San Antonio last weekend for Mariana's baptism and was lucky enough to meet up with Melissa, Candace, their husbands and their kids. It was really great seeing them (I wish we were closer) and watching the kids play together. As Melissa said, "Can you believe that in six short years, we created NINE little human beings??" No Melissa, no I can't.
