Caitlyn has been participating in our library's summer reading program and one of the prizes was a free ticket to the circus. I wasn't sure who was more excited, Brian and me or Caitlyn! We had a babysitter come to watch the twins (we weren't brave enough to try and bring them) and took Caitlyn to see the Greatest Show on Earth! She sat slack jawed in amazement for a good portion of the show, but by intermission had really started warming up. I'm sure all the sugar didn't hurt matters either. Her favorite things about the circus? The temporary tattoo, popcorn, cotton candy, "juice" (Sprite), the elephants and tigers.
And I have to give a special shout out to Brian who waited in line at the box office for 45 minutes in triple digit weather in his work clothes. What an awesome Daddy - thank you sweetheart!
