9 months in review - Part 1

Chase is truly our happy little man. He constantly has a huge grin on his face and makes this momma's day so much brighter. As he's gotten more mobile he's gotten less high maintenance and fussy, although he still loves to be held and cuddled. Which brings me to our biggest milestones this month - Chase started pushing himself backwards and quickly moved on to army crawling! He is infinitely happier now that he can keep up (sort of) with his little sister. I love watching the two of them interact. They will crawl after each other, stealing each other's pacifiers. Add Caitlyn to the mix and you usually end up with hysterical giggles.

Chase continues to eat most anything but we're still working on the pincher grasp. He'd much rather grab a handful of whatever's on his plate and shove his whole hand in his mouth. Unfortunately, most of the food ends up in his lap or on the floor. And if he finishes his food or bottle he will start screaming and his face turns beat read until you either give him more or pick him up. He has started to hold his bottle and that has been a revelation, making my life considerably easier. He's also still taking his night time nap (making those formerly fussy evenings so much easier) and he isn't even the first to wake up! Boys need their beauty rest I suppose.

One last note for Chase.  I forgot to include his 9 months stats.
Height - 28.5 inches (56%)
