For those of you I haven't had a chance to update, Brian's trial ended on Monday with the jury finding his client not negligent. The gym/trainer were found responsible and a judgment was issued against them for $2.1 million. Translation: the other defendants lost big, but he won! Congratulations sweetheart, we are so very proud of you! Now here's to getting home at a decent time and seeing you on the weekends.
