Growing up fast...
Last week Caitlyn turned 2 years and 5 months old. She continues to be quiet and shy in new situations but is a total piece of work once she's warmed up. She really seems to be enjoying school and has even started eating her lunch and sleeping during nap time (yay!). And, in recent news, she has started potty training herself - a product of her love of her new Princess and the Potty book - although I have to admit it's pretty inconsistent. She has gone full days without having any accidents but some days she won't use the potty at all. I'm not pushing it too hard because I'm not sure I'm ready or have the time to commit to get her to where she needs to be, but it is nice to know that she is moving herself in that direction even if it's a little sad that she's growing up so fast. I am also super excited to report that last week she pooped on the potty! Who knew one could be so excited by that? She also absolutely adores her little brother and sister and is constantly kissing and hugging on them. She is an all around great kid, daughter and super big sister.
