Happy Easter!

Mommy, Daddy and Caitlyn at the Coppell Easter Egg Hunt

We had a great weekend together celebrating Easter (and Caitlyn's birthday). We went to an Easter egg hunt, dyed eggs, dug through our Easter baskets, went to mass and had a nice dinner of Easter ham. Caitlyn loved dying the eggs, but got pretty frustrated with the egg dipper and ended up just using her hands to dunk the eggs. Needless to say, she was covered from her fingertips to elbows in all colors of the rainbow. She also loved going through her Easter basket and all the filled eggs. A chocolate bunny and sweet tarts were favorites, but she passed by the peeps (the more for Mommy!). It was so nice being able to spend the time together and having Caitlyn understand more of what was going on.

Proud of her egg hunting skills

Forget the egg dipper - I'm just going to use my hands!
