Just a few hours before delivery - 37 weeks, 5 days pregnant
Finally, the moment has arrived! I can safely say that I am super ready to deliver these babies (although the thought of waiting until they're a year old crossed my mind). I'm 50 pounds heavier and I've become so uncomfortable doing pretty much anything, even sitting, it's to the point that if they made me wait any longer I would have to deliver them myself. This time around we are scheduled to deliver at noon, so Mommy and Daddy got to sleep in a little (for what will likely be the last time in a very, very long time) before heading off the the hospital. Brian removed the center seat, moved Caitlyn's car seat to the back of the van and installed the twins' car seats in the captain chairs, and Brian's mother, "Beanie," was nice enough to fly in the night before and will be keeping watch over Caitlyn while we're in the hospital. With these last items checked off our list, we're headed to the hospital!
